Every effort is made to ensure that the images displayed on this website are as accurate as possible. I cannot guarantee an exact match to the product displayed on your screen due too individual screen and color differences.

The price you pay will be specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods do not include postage or tax, where applicable, which will be added to the items at the checkout.

Damages:

I take the greatest care in packing, handling and shipping my items to ensure they can get to you in perfect condition. If however, an item should arrive to you damaged, please contact me immediately. I will ask you to email me a digital photo of the item, it's packaging and post date, then go through the insurance claims process with the post office from there. If you qualify for a replacement, one will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me so exchanges and refunds are possible if you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase. 

Refunds:

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that the colors in the picture you have bought may not look exactly as you see them on your monitor screen due to monitor calibration and settings. If however, you feel that the item you have purchased is grossly misrepresented, contact me immediately and I will happily refund you minus a 15% restocking and handling fee once we receive the return of item in perfect condition. Buyer to pay postage fee for returned item. Insurance recommended as buyer will forfeit refund if item is received in less than perfect condition.

CANCELLATIONS: If your order is cancelled before being shipped, the total will be refunded minus PayPal fees.
